Early this morning, Pastor Ostrander and Philemond, our Haitian driver, were traveling to the airport. The Papaya Gang tried to pull a long tap-tap bus across the road to stop them. Philemond saw them ahead of time and stopped in the distance. They also had big guns… Later, Mark made it to the airport safely.

Later this morning, the Papaya Gang (using the same long tap-tap bus) blocked the road and stole our friend, Farmer John’s delivery truck. They took the truck, but praise the Lord; everyone else was safe.

Four weeks ago, the Papaya Gang stole our Jesus Healing Center Clinic van, which we need so desperately. No funds have come in to replace the van. Please pray…

The good news is, as far as I can tell, in the rest of Haiti you can travel freely now without roadblocks and all this other bad stuff going on. Things are going much better in Haiti.
