We welcome Pastor Mark Ostrander today. He has made over 150 trips here to Love A Child. His son Jesse just left last week. Hardworking is not saying enough. 

By faith, as the money comes in we will be opening the new Jesus Healing Center by late October or early November.

This week we will be out for two or three days distributing food to a village 150 miles away. There are some dangerous gangs in that area. This is the first time they’ve allowed Sherry and me to enter in a long time. We had been sending our Haitian workers with the food every two weeks.

Our hearts are broken this morning. As we were walking earlier this morning by our clinic, Mr. Nixon, our administrator, came to us and said the police had just brought to our clinic seven people who had just been shot by a gang. One of them was a mother whose three-month-old baby was shot dead. Two other people were left on the road dead. Sherry is now with one of the ladies who had been shot, giving her clothing. Others had to be taken to the hospital. These were just poor Haitian people riding a tap tap, trying to make a living. 

Our hearts are broken…please be in prayer for these people.
