Today, we visited a new area that we had never been to. The “spelling” might not be correct, but they call it Belvi. There are about 80 very poor families living here in the middle of “nowhere.” They had to move from a large town, Croix-des-Bouquets, due to gangs! There is a small Haitian military group almost right across the road. They showed up to help and protect us.

Some people told us about this group of people and how poor they are. So today, we took a group of our older Haitian children to help us… Bianca, Esther, Dieuferly, Michael, George, Stanley, Kenson, and Davidson. They love to help with Feeding Programs.

With your help, we gave each family a box of food (17,280 meals in all). Then, we fed the cutest kids you have ever seen, “a good hot meal.” We distributed “The Gospel of John” booklets in Creole and the ladies began reading them while waiting for their box of food, (216 meals in each box). We preached the Word of God to them!! Thank you so much for making this possible! You are a “gift from God!” Thank you so much.
