Life is not fair, sometimes…

Madamn Medjine is a typical poor Haitian mother who struggles to feed her children each day. Her life “depends” on selling at the border between Haiti and the Dominican Republic, but due to political problems, she cannot sell there.

She was pregnant and had no money for a doctor or hospital. But, she found doctors, nurses, and specialists (who deliver babies), and all this at no charge, at our Love A Child Birthing Center! No charge for sonograms, medicines, etc. And when she had her baby, her husband and family were sitting on the porch of our beautiful Birthing Center, in rocking chairs, listening to Christian music… waiting for the baby to be born!

All her medicines were at no cost: shots and vaccines for the baby at no charge.

Someone once said, “We cannot do everything. But all of us can do “something!”

Special thanks to Madamn Jeanie for the baby outfits that say, “I’m a Little Blessing,” and thanks to all of you who send in baby clothes, diapers, toiletries, etc.!

When we “bless the poor” in any way, God sees it!! And, “Blessings come back to us!”
