Many of you remember Moses. His mother was about to give birth and went to an outhouse to “discard him.” A Haitian man heard the muffled cries and tied a rope around his waist and went down into the abyss. He brought up a dying baby in a bucket. We took him in and gave him the name of Moses Burnette.

He is 14 now! All his life he said he wanted to be President in Haiti. But, in light of the problems here in Haiti and people trying to oust the President or kill him, Moses has made a “career change.” He now wants to be a Doctor. Smart move, Moses… you might live a longer life with that decision!!

In the meantime, he has “day labor jobs” at our Love A Child Children’s Home! We love Moses, and we love you all!!
