Jolina is 13 years old! She is almost 13 and in jr. high. Jolina and her cousin, Daphline (also at our Love A Child Children’s Home) came from the mountains of Savaan Pite, Haiti. Her father was murdered and her mother could not take the stress of taking care of this baby, since she already had nine children!  A relative brought her and her cousin, Daphline, to Love A Child.

Jolina is doing “very well” in school. She is just as aggressive about school, as she is on the basketball court! She can play against the boys, and never back down!!! However, in the kitchen, she is “all girl!” She loves to cook, clean, and get her fingernail polish on!!! She is so “versatile!!!” Jolina is still thinking and praying about her future life, when she will stand on her own “two feet!” Jolina really loves the Lord, and we know that the Lord has a great plan, “already in place!” We love Jolina! She is a “pistol!”
