At 3:00 am, a pregnant woman arrived at our front gate with her husband. She was ready to give birth. Our security guard gently loaded her and her husband into the golf cart and carried them to our beautiful Birthing Center. She was checked in and taken to a delivery room.

When we came in early this morning, Christian music was playing as anxious papas and grandmas were rocking in rocking chairs on the front porch, waiting for a baby to arrive.

We later went in to see this mother who had just finished a nice meal and found her holding her baby wrapped up in clothes donated by our partners. Had she not come to our Birthing Center, you would not have ever seen this beautiful baby and happy, thankful mother…because she may have died in childbirth. Sometimes, when you give, it takes a while to see “the results!”
