The Lord supplied the money today for the new Kia truck. Now we can get the job of blessing the poor for the Lord done more efficiently in the Dominican Republic. The need has been met! Praise you, Jesus! I want to thank everyone for praying.

Kia “Four-Wheel-Drive Truck” for the Dominican Republic

Some of you may not know, but we also work in the Dominican Republic, which is on the same island as Haiti. We love the Dominican people there and also the thousands of Haitians who live there.

We distribute food to many poor Haitian families who live in the batays (sugar cane camps). They are paid very little. Their children will break your heart. Thank you for your help. We have built a Love A Child church there in a poor Haitian and Dominican community.

We have put in several beautiful playgrounds there, for different communities, and have had many school events, crusades, given out hundreds of school backpacks, plus a lot more!

We now have no vehicle in the Dominican Republic. We have had to rent trucks. Please help me pray for our need for a truck. It’s an urgent need. We can purchase a new Kia truck, four-wheel drive, heavy-duty springs, A/C with a diesel engine for $24,500. I’m praying the Lord will lay this need upon someone’s heart.

Sherry and I will be taking Dieuferly, one of our Haitian children with club feet problems, to the DR hospital the week of May 17th. I told RL, whom we work within the DR (standing by the truck), that the office from Florida would wire the money $24,500 to the dealership the week we are there…by faith!
