UPDATE ON OUR NEXT PROJECT: You know, for some time, we have been praying about taking a step of faith to build the new Jesus Healing Center here at Love A Child. As the one we have now, many people and families start coming at 4:00 a.m., and earlier, to stand outside until 7:00 a.m. when the clinic opens. Sometimes they stand in the rain, yet we can only see so many people a day. Many are turned away. We can either continue on like this or take the step of faith and build a new Jesus Healing Center where the people can wait inside, no matter how early they come, and help more “very poor” people, especially the children.

The new Jesus Healing Center will cost 1.5 million dollars to build; including equipping the inside and building a dormitory where the doctors and nurses can sleep during the week.

Once we decided to take “the step of faith,” miracles began to happen!! We had one person call the office (they wish to remain anonymous) and say that they wanted to give a “$500,000 matching grant towards anything medical.” We told them we wanted to build the new Jesus Healing Center!!

We just had another person (who also wishes to remain anonymous) pledge a $250,000 matching grant challenge for equipping the interior with the necessary lab equipment, supplies, furnishings, and spaces for the medical staff!

This means as you give towards the Jesus Healing Center your money will be matched again!! Your money will double! We pray today that everyone will start giving!! In return for your offering, we will send you a very special gift from Haiti. Soon, we will post the rendering of the new Jesus Healing Center!
