Dieuferly has grown into a fine young man. As a child, he had severe clubfeet but there were no doctors here in Haiti at that time, to do the surgeries. That was during the embargo. The U.S. military who were here at that time did several surgeries but clubfeet were not their specialties. So as a result, he has a lot of pain in his feet and at times cannot walk, due to the pain.

But, he has learned photography quite well. Our dream is to send him to a “very good” university or school for editing. Dieuferly always has a smile on his face. He is also a great “actor,” and Bobby uses him a lot for church skits!! This old man you see is Dieuferly… he also plays the part of the widow woman, banging on the door of the judge, in the Bible!
