Our sweet Dumolia has been such a blessing to us! She came to us when she was under four; she may have been younger. Her father brought her to us because she had fallen into a large cooking pot of hot water. It completely melted her; she could not even turn her neck or lift her arm. We spent years sending her back and forth to the Shriners Hospitals for Children in Boston. In those many years of going back and forth, she was educated in the U.S.

She graduated from a high school in the States with high honors, but she could not speak French well enough to go to a medical college in Haiti when she came back to Haiti.

So, she applied to a college in Italy that requires English, and she was accepted. She wants to be a doctor. She has not received her visa yet, but she has been working in the Birthing Center, and she has been a great blessing. I told her to pray for “divine favor” every day! I am sure God will bless her with this!
