James 1:27 says, “Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.” These precious women are Haitian widows… They have no “401K” savings or Social Security. They are poor, sad, and hungry… We are thankful to share the food we receive each month that our partners sponsor to come to Haiti. We share our food with many other organizations, like this one… Helping the widows… Veuves Viellards. They are thankful for the food, even though they are not smiling, they are camera shy and have had a very rough life, as do many of the children that we feed each day here in Haiti.
