“…And other seed fell on good soil. It came up, grew and produced a crop, some multiplying thirty, some sixty, some a hundred times.” – Mark 4:8
During this very difficult time in Haiti, when the gangs are stopping any commerce and normal travel on the roads, there is widespread hunger and severe starvation. No one can get to the stores to find food. Stores are closed and there is very little food to go around. However, we are hearing from some of our previous Agriculture Training Center (ATC) Sustainability Students that they and their families are eating, and even having some extra produce to share because of the skills they learned at our training course. It takes so little to plant a seed and have it grow into a good harvest, multiplying its produce many times. We are very relieved to hear that even in the midst of such huge problems throughout Haiti, there are those who are providing “food for life” for themselves and others. You can plant a seed that will produce a harvest in the lives of others by supporting our Sustainability Outreaches. Your donation will be the “seed that falls upon good soil.”
