They begin coming as early as 4:00 a.m., and they come by foot, motorcycle, tap-tap, and any other way they can come. These are just some of patients we saw early this morning as we walked around the Love A Child compound. These are the poor who are sick and cannot afford to go to a regular clinic, have lab tests, or buy medicines. They are coming from far away because they know they will find “everything they need” at our Jesus Healing Center, including a loving pastor who prays for everyone!

Social distancing and masks are required, but a few show up without them, and are given a mask. Bobby stopped to talk to a poor mother with a baby and made her laugh… There were still people outside the gate waiting to get a seat inside, because allowing six feet apart makes it difficult to control the throngs of  people wanting to come in! We are so thankful to Joyce Meyer Ministries – Hand of Hope for sponsoring the monthly operating cost which allows us to care for the poor. Soon, maybe by the end of October, the new Jesus Healing Center will open, allowing us to have more room and more space!
