Update on Gwo Mache Mirak:

The brand new “Go” gas station will have its soft opening tomorrow. It will be pumping fuel!  The grand opening and dedication will be in about one or two weeks. The gas station is a huge blessing for the market, jobs, and the community!

Farmer John is expanding at Gwo Mache Mirak. The Abatwa butcher shop is doing great! Farmer John has the best meat in Haiti! Everyone comes from all over. I like that the local Haitians come and buy small amounts of meat to go out and sell, and then come back and buy more to sell. They are making money! Sustainability… Helping Haitians to help themselves. Farmer John is now expanding and building a chicken processing plant, and then from there he will have a cannery plant at the market.

Gwo Mache Mirak is a sustainability project by Love A Child to bless the Haitian people teaching them how to help themselves. All the funds go back into Gwo Mache Mirak.
