“I’m a Little Blessing! A Baby is Born in a tap tap!”

God has abundantly blessed us with some of the best “saj fams” in Haiti! A saj fam is someone who is a specialist, trained in deliveries. It usually takes two years of training. One of our Love A Child girls is a certified saj fam.

Yesterday, Bobby spotted a Haitian “tap tap” truck pulling into the back of our Love A Child Birthing Center! He was curious to see why a tap tap would drive into the back of the Birthing Center! When he drove up to the tap tap, he really got scared when he saw a Haitian woman delivering a baby in the back of the truck!! But thankfully, two of our “saj fams” had everything under control!! It scared Bobby “half to death!” Ha!

The other mother got to our Birthing Center just in time! Special thanks to Madamn Jeanie, who purchased “onesies,” baby outfits, which read, “I’m a Blessing!”
