This morning, we will be hosting a Love A Child Luncheon in Naples, Florida and then tomorrow, in St. Petersburg, Florida. The Griffin Family Singers will be there, and have been with us for many, many years! They have won several music awards and their singing is such a blessing!!

Thursday, we had our quarterly board meeting in Fort Myers, FL. We have the best Board that God could possibly give us! They give us much wisdom on projects and many other things.

Love A Child has a good foundation, and we have many plans for the future!!! It is so exciting to see how God has brought us through so many things, and yet, His blessings keep on coming!!

Our Haiti missionaries, Doug and Jessica Lackey, are in Haiti with the children. This afternoon, they will be having a big “watermelon” blow-out! We had given Pastor Claude some garden seeds, and he planted so many watermelons that he harvested over 1,000 of them!! So, Doug and Jessica have set some of those aside in the cooler, for the children to have them later today!!! This should keep them out of trouble for a while!!! More later, Sherry
