Our wonderful Jesus Healing Center medical staff wanted to celebrate our “one-year-old” new Jesus Healing Center building! We have come a long way! In our small older building, we were so cramped that we kept changing rooms and moving things around to make room. All the patients had to line up on the dirt road behind our wall, and they would all get in a fight in order to get a ticket to come in, because we did not have enough room!

Now, everyone comes in and sits down in a nice big, air-conditioned auditorium until they are called! We also have a large wound care and ER section! We have our own lab and pharmacy! That helps so much! Our doctors, nurses, and everyone treats each patient like they are “someone special.” And the people love it!!! We sing and have a Bible reading and prayer before we start in the morning! We pray for you, our wonderful partners!

In the last year, since our building has been open, we have seen 25,164 patients! We wish to thank Joyce Meyer Ministries/Hand of Hope for all their help and their monthly support of this clinic. It is a blessing to the poorest of the poor. We also thank those of you that helped with equipment for this clinic! A great blessing! Special thanks to Mark Ostrander, his son Jesse, and their Haitian team for building this beautiful clinic!!!

Haitians love parties, especially when we have cake and cold drinks. Dr. Barthelemy let anyone who wanted to say something talk a little, and one nurse sang. We ate cake, praised God, and laughed! The Bible says, “A merry heart doeth good like a medicine…” (Proverbs 17:22)
