We are so thankful to MAP International who sends us “lots of great medicine and medical supplies.” We recently received two pallets of nice medical robes and wow, the ladies in the Birthing Center are thrilled!!!! Thank you so much!

This is a story of little Alicia Marseille, age four. She lives in the village of Cazale. She started feeling stomach pains and lost her appetite. Poor eating and loss of appetite caused her to lose weight. She got some sores on her head that wouldn’t heal up.

Her mother brought her to a clinic that we share MAP medicines with. Her mother learned that she also had some symptoms of malnutrition. She received the RUSF Mana (Ready to Use Supplementary Food) for malnutrition and Amoxicillin to fight the infection she had.

Her mother is very poor and would have never been able to afford the medication her daughter was given. The family is very poor and live in a two-room, small block house with their grandmother.

Her mother is thankful that Alicia is doing so well, and now, she will be able to return to school!!! She wants to thank the kind people who sent this medicine, and she prays for you, and thanks God for you!
