Looking at Noah, you see an adorable, sturdy, tough-looking little guy. You would normally think that his mother died in childbirth and we took him in… But, that was not the case. We had not planned on taking in any more children until our security guard at the front gate called us and asked us to come down. Someone, a mother, had apparently left him in the weeds, near the path, along the side, near Love A Child. She knew we would find him.

His hair had fallen out (or been pulled out), he had bite marks, and had been hit in the head. He had been burned, starved, and abused! We took him to our Jesus Healing Center and he was deathly afraid of everyone, especially men.

Through lots of love and care, he began to gain weight and trust us, all of us. Today, Noah is six years old and in first grade! His teachers say, “He is the smartest child in their class and a very good student!” Noah says he wants to be a teacher, but “we will see.” His daily job is cleaning and picking up trash. He loves church and he loves all his brothers and sisters!! Who would “throw away” a wonderful child like this? Noah is loved by everyone who knows him.
