Our Birthing  Center is open “24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year!” These Haitian mothers are so thankful for our new Birthing Center which would not be possible, had it not been for our partners.

Our friends and partners make items for the babies and sometimes buy little outfits for them! One of our partners, Rosalind, sent in some beautiful items for the new babies! Look how happy the mothers are!! They could never afford blankets, diapers, clothes, etc.! They have delivered their babies in a clean environment with professional doctors, nurses, and midwives caring for them! They have three good meals a day and we even have rooms near the hospital where relatives can stay, if they have traveled a long distance. Half of the children in our orphanage came to us because their mothers died on a dirt floor with the “childbirth fever!”
