Jolina was born in Savaan Roche, high in the mountains of Haiti. Her father was shot and killed, and her mother could not take care of her since there were nine children in the family. Her mother brought her and her cousin, Daphline, to our orphanage to live! They were quickly adopted into our “family.”

Jolina LOVES sports! She loves basketball and soccer! She is “tough,” and she can hold her own, even with her brothers. Jolina is only 12 years old and in the 8th grade, but is very mature. She is a sweet girl and wants to become a pediatrician! We told her that if she puts her faith in God and studies hard, that the Lord will send a sponsor to help her reach her dream! She is a remarkable young girl and we love her very much!
