CHILDREN OF THE TRASH: It was heart-breaking to visit the largest dump site in Haiti. There among pigs, rats and millions of flies were little children scrounging for food. We haven’t slept for two nights. This is really the “cry of the poor.” Pray that the Lord will give us wisdom to know how to help these children who live in an extremely dangerous area of Haiti with thieves and guns. Sherry
Children living in filthy dump: 10-8-2015 10:30 AM
Yesterday, Sherry, our daughter Julie, Kaeli, Philemon, Oriol and Rachael took food and clothes to some very poor children who live inside a filthy garbage dump. I just can’t get these children out of my mind. The conditions they live in are unbelievable. I’m so sad… We just may move them out of the dump and build them some new houses! We will see how the money comes along. Love is something you do! Bobby
Word from the Mission Field – 10-08-15
“No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.” Isaiah 54:17 – I’m so glad that we have promises like these from the Word of God. Trust Him today. It’s going to be all right! Bobby
Valencia from Old Le Tant – 10-07-15
This young lady is Valencia. She is sixteen-years-old and the beautiful daughter of Pastor Sorel from our Love A Child Church in the old village of Le Tant. We want you to see this life you changed! Years ago, we conducted a Mobile Medical Clinic in the old village of Le Tant where Valencia lived with her family in a “kaypay” (mud hut). When her father brought her for medical care, she was in terrible shape. Valencia had been eating dirt, small rocks, charcoal ashes and even goat feces to fill her belly. She was thin and her hair was red and brittle as a result of severe malnutrition. We found her a sponsor, she started school, received plenty of nutritious food and look at her now! Thank you partners for loving the poorest of the poor. Just look what you have done! God bless you, Bobby and Sherry
Feeding children in the dumps of Cite Soleil: 10-7-2015 12:00 PM
Bobby and I, our daughter Julie, along with our young missionary Kaeli and several Haitian workers, all visited a large dump site near Cite Soleil, Haiti, this morning. This is where many children live with their parents in the dump. We are planning to add them to our feeding programs. We gave out food, tee shirts and hats that were donated by World Vision. They were so happy! It was the first joy they have had in such a long time, it was hard “not to cry.” Sherry
Word from the Mission Field – 10-07-15
“In God I will praise his word, in God I have put my trust; I will not fear what flesh can do unto me.” Psalm 56:4 – As missionaries here in Haiti, there are many forces that want to hurt us or stop us from the work we are doing for the Lord. It’s so important that we don’t focus on fear, but put our trust and our praise in God. He is our protection…and He is your protection as well. God bless you! Bobby
Sharing our food with children at Croatian Relief Services: 10-6-2015 6:00 PM
We love partnering with other missionaries. We struggled so hard, so very hard for many years in Haiti and we had no one to help us or to donate food on a regular basis, so now we want to share. These little cuties are from Croatian Relief Services. Each month, we receive donated food from Feed My Starving Children and our Love A Child partners sponsor the costs of getting this food to us here in Haiti from the States. Then, we are able to share it with other missionaries. Thank you Love A Child partners for helping feed all these children! Bobby and Sherry
Feeding the hungry children in Cotin: 9-6-2015 3:30 PM
Now the food is cooked and the children are eating a healthy and hot meal in a village called Cotin. In the mix of all the children, you will see Sherry and our daughter Julie dishing out hot food! Also with us are Oriol, Rachael and Kaeli. Love is something you do! Bobby

“I tell you the truth,” Jesus said, “this poor widow has given more than all the rest of them. For they have given a tiny part of their surplus, but she, poor as she is, has given everything she has.” Luke 21:3-4 (NLT) – Most people think this scripture is all about money. But really, it’s about attitude. We must be willing to give our whole life to the Lord, not just a tiny part. So give God your “all” today! God bless you. Sherry
