Our Agricultural Training Center is going up so fast! We are blessed to have the help of Joe Perkins from Global Compassion Ministries, and Rad Hazelip, our own Love A Child Assistant Executive Director from the States. This wonderful team is erecting shade houses to train poor Haitian farmers how to make better use of their soil, how to grow better crops, and even how to market them! This is a sustainability project and will create jobs for the future, but we must remember that “food” is always the bridge to get them there. Blessings, Bobby and Sherry
Word from the Mission Field 04-23-14
Yesterday, I shared the scripture from Deuteronomy 3:16 when the Lord spoke to Moses about being strong and of good courage. Then we read that the Lord spoke almost the same thing to Joshua. “Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.” Joshua 1:9 – Be strong today and fear not for the Lord is with thee! Bobby
Work continues on Marketplace
Our Grand Miracle Market is still under construction! Workers today unloaded 40-foot containers filled with all the materials necessary for ten buildings at the Marketplace. (It took ten 40-foot containers for all of these materials.)
Mark Ostrander and his son Jesse are working hard with the Haitian crew to pour and form the foundations for these big buildings. Special thanks to Pastor Jentezen Franklin for sponsoring the Marketplace and “Food for Life!” Sherry

The Lord has put this scripture upon my heart to share with you today. “Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.” Deuteronomy 31:6 – Bobby
Community Healthcare Outreach 04-21-14
This little child is not happy about getting his vaccination, but it will prevent him from sickness and disease. This is part of our Community Healthcare Outreach that travels to some of the roughest and most difficult places to get to in Haiti! Hundreds of children and mothers have been vaccinated through our Community Healthcare Outreach. Watch for an upcoming Sherry’s Journal to see how you can get involved. Sherry
Global Compassion – 04-21-14
We welcomed a team from Global Compassion that came in earlier today. This team is going to install three shade houses at our Agricultural Training Center! Blessings, Bobby and Sherry
Nelson and Easter eggs
We want to thank the Lord and our partners for saving the life of this adorable boy from the “mud hut village” of old Le Tant. This is Nelson, and less than eight weeks ago he wasn’t able to walk or talk, and was eating mud and sitting on the ground next to pigs. This is another life that the “Lord has raised up out of the dust and lifted up from the dunghill.” I Samuel 2:8 – Sherry
How do you live in Haiti?
A lot of people ask us, “Bobby and Sherry, how do you live in Haiti?”
We always say, “It is not a sacrifice, but a joy to say ‘yes’ to Jesus!” When God sends you somewhere and gives you love for the people, it’s a “joy” to work for Him! Bobby and Sherry

A poor woman receives food for her family in a rocky riverbed, high in the mountains of Haiti. With a baby in her arms and a donkey on a rope, she is blessed to take home food for her hungry family. This is all possible because someone came and “shared the love of God with her.” It is Easter and “Love is not something you talk about… love is something you do.” Bobby
