village of Cotin

09-05-2013 – 1 PM –
Today, we went to the village of Cotin to check on the “touch-up work” the Haitians are doing on the new church.  They are getting ready for a big dedication in October!  These people were worshipping the Lord under an old stick “brush arbor” church, but thanks to our friend David George and his partners, they have a brand new first class church “in the middle of nowhere!” It is a “soul winning oasis” in the desert! I love this scripture

I love this scripture…it is short, but very powerful.  The Book of I Kings 19:11-12 – God is telling Elijah to stand upon a mountain and He will speak to him.  So, a strong hurricane wind came, then an earthquake, and then a fire…nothing.  But after that came “a still small voice.”  Sometimes, we hear or see the loud and visible things, but miss the “still small voice.” Bobby

Jean Mark from Lastik

This little fellow is Jean Mark. He came to one of our mobile medical clinics in Lastik. He and his mother live on top of a very high mountain where there is no school. His wish is to be able to go to a Love A Child School this fall. He and many other children are waiting for a sponsor just like you.
