We are so proud of Dumolia’s hard work. We have had her since she was a very young little girl, maybe four years old. She had fallen into a pot of boiling water when she was a little tiny girl. She was taken to the General Hospital in Haiti, which is the hospital for the poor. (It is closed now.) Due to scar tissue, she could not turn her neck from side-to-side, nor lift her arms up. Her skin was so scarred. For years, we sent her back and forth to the Shriners Hospital for skin grafts.
She has to have another surgery in the Dominican Republic once college lets out for summer. She is a devout Christian, and is as beautiful inside as outside. We need your prayers for Dumolia, and if you would like to help with her college fund, please contact our Love A Child office.
