All of our children have wonderful qualities and are “good-looking kids!” Rebecca is no exception. She has long, thick, beautiful black hair. She is light in color, which makes us think she is part Dominican. In addition, she has the “body-build” of an Olympic Athlete! She has strong bones.

Rebecca is just as beautiful as she is smart! She loves sports, basketball, and soccer…but, she also loves to “jump-rope!”  She is now 13 and wants to be a dentist. Rebecca was rescued by one of our workers when she was just three. Apparently, her mother and father had died, and she was on the verge of being sold to a man at the age of three! Our worker was so angry that he made arrangements for us to “buy her off” from her relatives! Today, she is just “another one of our babies!”

Rebecca wants to be a dentist!! She is kind, gentle, and hardworking. (Here, you see her polishing the “bifets” (closets) in the girls’ room. She loves the Lord and loves to lead in the song service each night. And oh, yes, her brothers and sisters have a nickname for her, “Duck!”

We love her!!
