Samuel is really “growing up!” We have had him since he was a baby, when his father had to “give him up,” because he had six other children to care for. I can remember his father holding him, and crying. Life in Haiti is so sad… His mother had died during childbirth, as did the mothers of half of our children at our Love A Child Children’s Home. Samuel had severe malnutrition and cried all the time.

Samuel loves working in our Agricultural Training Center. He loves seeing what “earth” can produce… fruits and vegetables from God! Samuel does great work in school, is obedient, kind, and respectful. Or course, his favorite sport is soccer and Samuel loves singing in our children’s services at night. We are anxious to see what direction Samuel’s life will take… we all love Samuel.
