Mothers with poor health in Haiti will have children that will have poor health, and eventually malnutrition. This is why we built our Malnutrition Center. When dying babies or those severely underweight arrive at our Jesus Healing Center, the doctors check them and nearly all will be sent immediately to our Malnutrition Center.

They will be on a special milk formula and a special peanut butter that has been designed for these “near-death children.” They will have small nourishing meals until they gradually gain weight. When parents come, they are shocked to see the difference. Parents are taught how to feed their children “even when other foods are not available.” And, whatever foods are available, we send them home with their mothers.
