There is a Haitian Creole Proverb that says, “You cannot eat okra with only one finger!” We know that’s true…it takes the “whole hand.” When we are trying to feed hungry children in the “poorest country in the world,” we cannot do it “with only one finger,” and we cannot do it by ourselves.
