Ginyia is her name, but her real mother, Dominican, would have given her a longer name. Ginyia’s mother died during a C-section. Her father deserted her, and left to go to the Dominican Republic. He never returned for Ginyia, so her 17-year-old cousin began to take care of her as much as she could. But, when she could no longer take care of Ginyia, she took her to Social Services who brought her to us. She was very shy when she came, but soon, she was surrounded by love!!!

Ginyia loves to help with baby Zachary and Zoey. But her real passion is having a part in the “Praise Dances!” Every one of us loves Ginyia! She never “misses a step!”
