It was the “road less traveled” for many years. This was the long, bumpy, rocky, muddy, horrible road to the University of Balan, in the city of Ganthier, Haiti. One of our Love A Child partners sponsored the cost of making a new and better road, all the way to the University! This road was a tremendous undertaking!!! Now, the new road is going in, and this will allow commerce, tap-taps (local transportation) and trucks to haul things to sell, and it will open commerce for this whole area!!!

We are thankful to our friends and partners who are making this happen because we would never have dreamed that anyone would sponsor “a road!” The University of Balan is such a great Christian influence!!! We want to send some of our Love A Child children there when they finish High School! It is a great University! A special thank you to our partners, who felt led by the Lord to do this!!! Someone must have been praying about this!!! Sherry
