“You Can Never Have Enough Mechanics!” (in Haiti!)

This is “Ti Bobby” under the hood of one of our “broken-down vehicles.” (Reggie, the big guy, one of our workers, is on the left).

Bobby loves learning about “how to fix vehicles,” and since we always have something “that needs fixing” we are always in need of good mechanics! We hope Bobby turns out to be one of them!

He is about fourteen years old and in ninth grade (although school in Haiti is still not open yet, due to political violence). Bobby loves to play soccer!!! All Haitian boys do! But, he is very gifted in other ways. He is a great student, loves to write, and loves music. He is learning to play the drums, the keyboard and bass guitar! He is quiet, hardworking and is “rarely on the bad list!” Ha!” (That’s one place the kids don’t want to be!!! Ha!).

We thank God for each child He has given us. We are all one big family!!! There is no telling what God will do in Bobby’s life!!!
