Today, we went to Old Letant to set up our Mobile Medical Clinic. We decided to bring a huge pallet of empty plastic bottles, donated to us by Children’s Care Outreach. (Children’s Care Outreach always sends us wonderful things; such as macaroni, boxes of rice mixture, and many other items.) They had lots of clean, plastic laundry bottles and we were happy to have them. This would normally be something we would throw away, but if you live in Haiti, you don’t throw anything away, especially a plastic gallon that can hold water!! When our truck pulled up, so many men, women, and children gathered around anxiously waiting for Pastor Sorrel to unpack the plastic jugs! Meanwhile, little children were pulling on me saying, “Madamn Sherry, let me have one!!” You can see their happy faces! Thank you, Children’s Care Outreach for these “treasures!!!” You made so many, so happy!! Sherry
