Family at Malnutrition Center

Update on Bobby’s cousins injured yesterday: 11-26-16 6:10 AM

We want to give all the Glory to our Lord for the miracle of saving the lives of Bobby’s family, who are visiting us here in Haiti. After the accident with the  “golf cart,” which is used to get around on the property, Wendy, the mom, and Avery, the teenage daughter, were seriously injured when the golf cart flipped over and they were thrown out and the cart landed upside-down on top of two of them. Avery had cuts to her face, which was horribly swollen and Wendy had many, many huge cuts and gashes. We tried for several hours to have them evacuated while our Haitian doctors worked for hours, stitching up Wendy and caring for Avery. Yesterday, when we took them to Saint Luke hospital here in Haiti, to have MRI scans, they found no head injuries. It was a long, stressful day, but Jesus said, “I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” Hebrews 13:5 — I want to thank Barbara MacMannis, our Medical Administrator of the Jesus Healing Center and all our doctors and nurses, drivers and helpers, Julie, Kaeli, and everyone. The family will continue to seek medical help as soon as they arrive in the States. Thank you all for your prayers. Bobby and Sherry
