THE PRIME MINISTER SPOKE LAST NIGHT. The Haitians I have spoken to this morning seem to like his speech. He mentioned the Petrocaribe issue at least ten times in his speech. He said the government will work with the big distributors to bring the cost of a small can of rice from 50 gourdes to 35 gourdes. I think he may have bought the government some time, but we’ll have to wait and see what the population thinks today. I just pray we’ll have peace for Haiti. We will see how it goes today and this week. Bobby
