How could you ever forget this sweet face!!! I know you remember Ericka from our Love A Child Children’s Home! Ericka has come so far! Ericka has special needs but is very high functioning! She has a lot of trouble with her speech as well as using her hands, but this does not stop her!!! She is always ready to work or do whatever she can to help around the house. Last year she was struggling in school, so we decided to have her “homeschooled.” She still woke up every morning with all the other children and put on her uniform! She went downstairs and had “one-on-one” lessons! By doing this, Ericka came so far in her education so we decided she could go back to regular school this year! Let me tell you, she is doing AWESOME! By having her do “one-on-one” school for a year it completely changed her! She has caught up with her classmates, and she is excelling better than before! She loves school and thrives on doing better! We are so proud of her hard work and all the effort she gives! She brings so much joy to our children’s home! We love Ericka! Love, Kaeli
