We are building houses together by faith for the families in southern Haiti who lost their little homes in the earthquake. I’m so proud of these houses being built.

Look how strong they are! Super strong houses for future earthquakes and hurricanes. Soon, the guys will coat the inside and outside walls with cement. It will be a beautiful three-bedroom, living room, kitchen, and front porch home. Built from all local materials with local labor, which is really needed in the area… jobs!

Our hearts have been torn out for these people. I was sent a picture of one family last week eating dirt for breakfast.

The week of the 24th Sherry, Jesse, and I will be there helping some families to move in — hopefully. We are also purchasing rice, beans, and oil to give out in the area while we are there. And, we’ll be taking two big boxes from Hope Seeds for the people to start growing their own gardens. With your help, we are doing this together by faith.

Gabion houses cost $9,000 each to build. Please give, if you can, what the Holy Spirit lays upon your heart. If you can help give towards food for the area, thank you in advance.
