We love sharing our food with other missionary organizations. We receive food from Feed My Starving Children. We are committed first to feeding all of the children in our 18 Love A Child schools… this is about 5,000 children a day, during school time.

We also have many, many poor villages that we feed each month, and many of these villages are also the villages where we have schools. That way, when the children are out of school, they will still receive food from their families in our “village feeding program.” We also share food with 90 other missionary organizations each month.

One of these organizations is Real Hope for Haiti. Our friend, Lori, and her family have a wonderful outreach to malnourished children. This is Beatrice. At 20 months old, she developed severe malnutrition and diarrhea. Her parents had abandoned her and left her with an aging grandma to raise her. The child was referred from another organization to our friend, Lori. They took her and cared for her, and now she is amazingly well.

We must bring in “eight containers of food” each month to meet the needs, and the cost of getting it here to Haiti is $10,000. When we “work together,” we can get more done!
