We just love getting vegetables from our Agricultural Training Center garden! In addition to teaching so many Haitians how to grow vegetables, even in poor soil, our ATC guys are always bringing vegetables to feed our Children’s Home, our Birthing Center moms and workers, and our clinic staff. They just brought spinach and “hot, hot peppers!” There are certain dishes that Haitians use these hot peppers in. One of them is a rice dish, but you gotta be tough “not to cry!” Ha! Well done, guys!!

We are so, so proud of Wilnor, our ATC Director, and all his staff!! When they’re hot, they’re hot!
