“God Loves to Move, When Your Back is Against the Wall!”
In Joshua 6:1, God speaks to Joshua, his servant, to go in and “take the city of Jericho,” which was a highly fortified city. Bible Scholars say that Jericho was about six to nine acres around. It had two walls…an outer wall, six feet thick and an inner wall, twelve feet thick. God spoke to Joshua to do the “impossible.” He had to take the city. But God had a plan… “Just walk around the city for six days and on the seventh day, blow the trumpets and shout, and the walls will fall down flat!” Joshua did just that. In the natural, it would have been “impossible,” but God loves to move, when something is impossible. He loves to move, “when your back is against the wall!” The Bible says that the “walls fell down, and they did not just fall down and crumple, but they fell down flat!”  Today, if your back is against the wall, do a little “Jericho march” and begin to praise God in advance…and watch the walls fall down flat! Have a great day! Bobby and Sherry
