“Promotion Cometh from the Lord…”
The Bible declares, “The race is not to the swift nor the battle to the strong…” Ecclesiastes 9:11 – Why do some people get promoted who have less education or experience than someone else? It is often because God “moves them up to a higher position.” God is the one who made the shepherd boy a king, a prisoner, and the Pharaoh over Egypt. It is better to stay humble and let God exalt you.
If you have desired that “better job,” God is able to put you in that place of blessing, “For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge: he putteth down one and setteth up another.” Psalm 75:6,7  – God bless you and have a blessed day! Sherry
