When it’s out of “your hands…”

We all go through great trials and face circumstances beyond our control. We can do everything we can do, and yet, we face a great battle, whether it is a sickness, a child who has gone astray, an enemy, anything that takes our eyes off Jesus. In 2 Chronicles 20, there is a story about the King of Moab and the King of Ammon coming to fight against God’s people and Jehoshaphat. God’s people were “outnumbered!” You could talk about Jehoshaphat and say, “It was out of his hand.” However, Jehoshaphat set himself to seek the Lord, along with all his people, and they turned to the God who answers prayer! God said, “Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God’s.” (2 Chronicles 20:15) When it’s out of your hands, it’s in God’s Hands!! Have a great day!!!
