“We Can’t Sit Still!”

Certainly, there is a time to “be still and know that He is God!” But, there’s a time to move and expand, even in the midst of things all around us… Have you ever noticed that God’s people “can’t sit still!” We are always moving, going, doing, and blessing others. Just as if a body of water sits for a long time, it can get algae and contaminants. A stream is always flowing, moving, and depositing that which it doesn’t need. The water is clean and clear because it is always moving.

The Lord tells us, “Enlarge the place of thy tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thine habitations: spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes; For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on the left.” Isaiah 54:2-3

Today, amid all the problems you are facing, there are still things God wants you to do… Pray and seek His will, because “you can’t sit still.”
