In the city of Joppa, a saint of God had died. Her name was Tabitha (also called Dorcas), and she loved the poor and the widows and was always making clothes for them. After she died, their hearts were broken. The Christians called for Peter, the same Peter who walked on water to Jesus during a storm. He walked into the house and went to the room where Tabitha lay dead. He put everyone out of the room, due to unbelief. But, he knows that if Jesus “comes into the room,” everything will be all right. He was there, along with the same Jesus who calmed the storms, raised the dead, healed the lepers and performed miracles. He prayed, and Tabitha came back to life from the dead. When we are in the midst of an impossible situation, we must invite “Jesus” to “come on in the room.” “Come on in, Lord Jesus!” We don’t have to pray fancy prayers, just say, “Come on in the room” Lord Jesus! Have a great day! Sherry
