Neither be thou afraid:  

“Be strong and of good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed; for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.” Joshua 1: 9

“Moses the servant of the Lord is dead now.” Joshua 1: 2

Moses, God’s servant, has died, and now the Lord has raised up Joshua to take the Israelites across Jordan unto the land which the Lord has promised flowing with milk and honey. Joshua had a great battle ahead of him!

You and I in this walk of the Lord have some great battles ahead of us. Neither are we afraid, be strong, and of good courage… We are on the winning side.
