Joyce Meyer Ministries – Hand of Hope Mobile Clinic to Haiti

March 21-25, 2014

“Nanpwen maladi ki pa gen remed.”
“There is no sickness that doesn’t have a remedy.”
There is always a way out.

We were blessed to have the Joyce Meyer Ministries – Hand of Hope Medical Team partner with Love A Child in an effort to bring wonderful medical care to the sick. The team spent hours in the warehouse preparing to take medical care to the “regions beyond.”

They took medical care to several different villages.  When we arrived, there were hundreds of Haitians that had walked hours for the chance to get relief from a variety of ailments.

Many gathered under an old tarp to get out of the hot tropical sun.

We had 31 medical volunteers and 21 interpreters and each one of these people helped to relieve the pain and suffering of hundreds of poor Haitians. We even had a dentist that pulled teeth to give relief from years of painful toothaches.

We went to the regions beyond where there are no doctors, nurses, or even aspirin available. These poor Haitians live high in the mountains, and were so thankful to receive this medical care. We thank the Joyce Meyer Ministries – Hand of Hope Medical Team for coming to Haiti to treat the poorest of the poor.  God bless all of you! In May, Love A Child will be conducting a Mobile Medical Clinic in the voodoo bound village of Despeezo. We will not only be caring for the sick, we will also be feeding the hungry, and on the last night we will have a huge crusade.
