Randolph World Ministries Team in Haiti

July 1-25, 2014

A Creole Proverb…

Bondye fe san di.
God acts and doesn’t talk.

I just love this Creole proverb, and every day I realize how true it is. We said “yes” to coming to Haiti and we always have faith in God’s actions.

We are so fortunate to have WONDERFUL volunteer medical teams come to Haiti to care for the poor.

The picture below shows two team members caring for a young child’s head sores at a remote mobile medical clinic in Despeezo. These volunteers come from all over the world to show the love and compassion of Jesus.

Recently, we were blessed to have Randolph World Ministries here in Haiti caring for the poorest of the poor in our area. Tim is a super man and really has a heart for God. He brings a volunteer medical team to Haiti every year.

Here is Tim with his wife Liz and their volunteer team.

This group brought in hundreds of pairs of eyeglasses.

Eyeglasses

The team was able to check the eyesight of many Haitians. If anyone needed glasses, the prescription was filled and many poor Haitians went home with a pair of glasses.

Tim and Liz make a great team.

They come to Haiti and bring their skills to help the Haitians in our area. Not only do they help with eyesight, but Liz is also able to perform OB-GYN exams. During their time here, they provided eye care for 145 patients and performed 109 OB-GYN exams. They are a huge blessing and we are so thankful for all they are able to do for the poorest of the poor here in Haiti.

Tim’s team worked here at our Jesus Healing Center and treated hundreds of patients in the Fond Parisien area. As you know, many times we take the clinic to the regions beyond treating many poor mountain people that do not have a doctor, nurse or even an aspirin. We take Mobile Medical Clinics to the regions beyond on a regular basis. You can be a part of getting medical care to these “hard-to-reach areas.” Please pray about helping us take medical care out to the regions beyond. You can sponsor an entire Mobile Medical Clinic for a gift of $1,000. You can treat 300 children for worms with a gift of $52, or you can sponsor a Family Pack of medicines for a gift of only $20. Please call our office at 239-210-6107 to find out how you can help.

Thank you for your heart of compassion.
