I was reading an amazing story at 4 AM this morning. Oh, what a miracle story! Gabriel who stood in the presence of God was sent to give a message to Zacharias and his wife Elisabeth. “They both were now well stricken in years.” Luke 1:7 – “Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt call his name John.” Luke 1:13 – Six months later, the same angel Gabriel was sent to Nazareth to speak to a virgin by the name of Mary. “And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name Jesus.” Luke 1:31 – I want to share this with you today – “For with God nothing shall be impossible.” Luke 1:37 – Please read Luke chapters one and two today. What a story! Bobby

Word from the Mission Field: 12-27-2015 6:00 AM
“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places…” Please read, Ephesians 6:10-18
Back in that day, it would have been silly for a warrior to go into battle with just his helmet on, leaving the rest of his body unguarded. Or to wear only his breastplate, making his head vulnerable to attack. It’s just as silly for us to go out into the world without all of our spiritual armor on. So put on your armor and be a victorious warrior for the Lord today. You will stand against the wiles of the devil! God bless you. Bobby
Update on Mackenson: 12-26-2015 7:00 PM
This is one of our orphans Mackenson and he is such a precious little boy. He would have died from malnutrition if we had not found him during a “Mobile Medical Clinic” in the mountains of Covant about two years ago. His body was horribly swollen with Kwashiorkor Malnutrition, which makes a child hold water, and who is “protein-starved.” Now, Mackenson is doing great and he is healthy, happy and in school. Thanks to the Lord first, and to our wonderful and caring partners! God bless you, we love you, and thank you for saving another life! Bobby and Sherry
Wishing all a Happy 2016: 12-26-2015 12:15 PM
Christmas is over and 2016 is just around the corner! From Nelio Barthelemy, Love A Child’s Haitian Director, Bobby and Jonathan Burnette, we wish you a happy 2016. The best is yet to come! Bobby
Word from the Mission Field: 12-26-2015 6:00 AM
The Lord gave me this thought several years ago. “Faith is not something you just talk about, but faith is something you do. Love is not something you talk about, but love is something you do!” Everybody can talk it, but can we walk it? Bobby

We will also be giving bikes to some very poor children in other areas. Thank you Harry & Caren Watmuff for these 85 new beautiful bikes! Wow! Love is something you do! Bobby and Sherry
Christmas morning: 12-25-15 11:00 AM
This is the third day of all the orphans opening their Christmas gifts! When you have this many children you must spread Christmas out over three days! Thank you partners for helping us make this happen! The children don’t know it yet… but in about one hour we will give the children their new bikes!!! Wow! Love is something you do! Bobby and Sherry
Word from the Mission Field: 12-25-2015 6:00 AM
“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.” Isaiah 9:6 — What a “gift” we have all received this Christmas and each Christmas, and every day… Jesus! Blessed Christmas Holidays to you and your family! We love you! Bobby and Sherry
Christmas Eve with Family and orphans: 12-24-2015 8:15 PM
We have so many children in our orphanage that we have to open presents over several nights. We are glad to have our family with us—Julie Halecki, and Jonathan, Julie, Aidan and Brandon Burnette. We also have our missionary Kaeli, and the Balsbaugh missionary family celebrating with us this Christmas Eve. It’s hard to believe that these happy children would have died or lived horrible lives, if our partners had not helped rescue them! What a wonderful Christmas this is! Bobby and Sherry
