We have been planning to take food to the people in the mountains of Savaan Pit and Greffin. We talked to the pastor last week, who informed us that the “roads had been washed out” and the people were so hungry. We sent money to buy some food for the locals to fix the road, and today, we are sending more food. They need to have the road fixed by Thursday so we can send the trucks up a day ahead of time. We plan to deliver truckloads of rice and beans. These roads are so dangerous, even when they are “good.” They have “drop-off” mountain cliffs…

The poor people are trying to fix the road “by hand” with simple “Haitian tools.” We pray that the roads will be ready for the Friday food distribution…Please pray!!! Bobby and Sherry

P.S. This is an “almost impossible feat” to have this road fixed in time…but the mountain people have “great faith in God!” Their children are hungry, and they will do anything to get this food.
